As this is a DIY repair we cannot accept responsibility if the part or your Fitbit is broken during the repair procedure, and for that reason cannot provide refunds or returns for this particular item if damaged during the repair process.

  • All items are shipped using Royal Mail 24 and orders over £30.00 in value will be sent Signed For
  • Orders placed between 2PM Monday to Saturday will be dispatched the same day

  • You can upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier during checkout, these services will incur an addition cost
    • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
