This item is covered by GymTechDirect's 30-day Warranty and Support. If for any reason you would like to return your item you can do so within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. If the item is defective or received in error we will cover the return shipping costs. Any reason outside of GymTechDirect's control (ie. wrong colour, wrong size, changed mind) you will need to pay the shipping costs. If you are having any technical problems with your item please send GymTechDirect an email, most times we will be able to resolve any issues via message. If your item is defective we will offer a replacement item or a full refund - which ever you prefer!

Bought this to replace my fit bit that dropped off my wrist outside LHR. Love the gold metal frame, so much nicer than my old one. GymTech were excellent to do business with and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.
