Have a Fitbit Versa 3 or Fitbit Sense with a cracked/scratched screen, or maybe the screen just isn't working? as long as your Fitbit still powers on (lights up on the back, or vibrates when the button is pressed) we can get you back up and running with a brand new working & crack/scratch free screen.

We will email you the instructions to get your Fitbit sent to us
We will repair your Fitbit and return it to you via 1st Class Royal Mail within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Includes postage both ways, parts and labour.
When we receive your Fitbit we will test it. If there are additional faults (ie. no display, no power, not charging) we will contact you via email to discuss this, in some occasions we may be able to repair this without additional cost. In the event of an incomplete repair due to device fault we will return the item to you and refund you minus £10 to cover postage costs both ways and engineer time.

Customer satisfaction is our priority, we reply to all messages as soon as possible and will try our best to help resolve any issues you may have, if not we will offer a replacement or a refund. We don't believe in sending generic templates, each message is tailored to your specific problem and answered by a human, every time!
If you're having technical problems please send us a message, most times we will be able to support you via message. If we can't we're happy to offer a replacement device, or a refund which ever you prefer.
In most cases you wont be able to tell the difference, but generally this product should be considered to be in a 'previously owned' condition with an extra layer of care and attention given. I shipped my FitBit on Monday afternoon, and had it back on my wrist by Saturday mid-morning as the screen was replaced quickly but the sealant needed some time to cure. Was posted back to me on Friday.
