Fitbit Charge 2 - Screen Repair Service

Have a Fitbit Charge 2 with a cracked/scratched screen? as long as your Fitbit still powers on and the display still works we can get you back up and running with a brand new crack/scratch free screen.

How does it work? it's simple:

Order this repair service
We will email you the instructions to get your Fitbit sent to us
We will repair your Fitbit and return it to you via 1st Class Royal Mail within 48 hours of receiving the item.


(UK) Includes postage both ways, parts and labour.
(International) Includes return postage, parts and labour. You will need to post your Fitbit to us.

When we receive your Fitbit we will test it. If there are additional faults (ie. no display, no power, not charging) we will contact you via email to discuss this, in some occasions we may be able to repair this without additional cost. In the event of an incomplete repair due to device fault we will return the item to you and refund you minus £10 to cover postage costs both ways and engineer time.

If you have any concerns whether this is the right service for you please get in contact with us first, we will be able to guide you in the right direction.

      outstanding service. I thought My fit bit was irreparable but Joesph has made it like new, dealing with him was a pleasure with rapid reply and reassurance all the way.       Very good service. Turned around in 48 hours although with slower postage it took a while to get back to me but no more than a week from when I sent it iff!

      My Charge 2 had cracked vertically down the length of the screen and whilst not life threatening was becoming an irritant. I posted my watch face (only) off to Gym Tech Direct on the Monday lunchtime, received an email on the Tuesday to say it had been received, followed by a further email to say it had been despatched, and then lo and behold it was back on my wrist on the Wednesday afternoon, looking like a brand new watch. Remarkable customer centric service. I was very impressed and have no hesitation in commending them.
