We will email you the instructions to get your Fitbit sent to us
We will repair your Fitbit and return it to you via 1st Class Royal Mail within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Includes postage both ways, parts and labour.
In the event of an incomplete repair due to device fault we will return the item to you and refund you minus £10 to cover postage costs both ways and engineer time.
If you have any concerns whether this is the right service for you please get in contact with us first, we will be able to guide you in the right direction.
