We are still shipping orders on time and using a Next Day Service but with the strikes and the backlog they have caused we are currently seeing deliveries taking up to a week to arrive.

Customer satisfaction is our priority, all messages are replied to as soon as reasonably possible and we will try our best to help resolve any issues you may have, if we're unable to resolve any issues via messages we will offer a replacement or a refund (within warranty period). We don't believe in sending generic template messages; each message is tailored to your specific problem and answered by a human, every time!

All of our products come with a 30-day GymTechDirect Warranty as standard. If you're not satisfied with your product(s), ordered the wrong size or just aren't getting on with it you can return it to us by visiting our 'Warranty & Support' section. Return postage is paid by the customer unless in the event of a fault by GymTechDirect, ie. item arrived damaged, item is faulty or wrong item sent.

That's not a problem at all, please visit our 'Warranty & Support' section to begin the returns process. Please ensure that you return all parts of the order and that the item is in a similar condition it was received in. Refunds are issues once the item has been received back and verified.
I'm looking to buy a product but it says 'Refurbished', what is this?
Disclosure: Please note that GymTechDirect is not in any way associated with, or endorsed by the brands or their partners. We take unwanted, liquidated, wholesale or faulty products and bring a new life to them. Some of our products are sold as 'Refurbished', these products are 100% genuine but it means that we've had to put a bit of care into them to make sure they are appealing to the customer.
This means that the product has been tested, cleaned/disinfected and restored to a fully functional and visually appealing condition using 3rd party products, such as new wristbands and charging cables that aren't official, or approved by the manufacturer. In most cases you wouldn't be able to tell the difference, but generally the products should be considered to be in a 'previously owned' condition.
Our Refurbished products don't come with any official warranty or support from the brand however we will cover you with a 30-day GymTechDirect Warranty and we will always be here to support you if you're having issues with the product.
